TR90 is ultra-lightweight and often 30–35% lighter than polycarbonate frames. The material is highly flexible. It can bend and spring back without breaking. This makes TR90 glasses comfortable to wear for long periods of time, with fewer pressure points. TR90 also retains its shape when exposed to heat and UV light, ensuring that the material remains stable.
